Ray’s Bio
Ray is our assistant administrator who works remotely from China. He handles email enquiries daily routines, and assists our property managers. Before working at The Neighbourhood, Ray had 14 years of experience in customer service. With so much practise, he is always customer-focused and detail orientated. His mantra is “Always remember that everyone has their own story, and don’t assume anything about them!”
Outside of work he enjoys travelling to explore new places and any spare time is devoted to his family and friends. Working remotely, gives him lots of flexibility while still being a vital part of our team.
